City tour of the inner town, known as Itchan-Kala, offering a glimpse into a 19th-century Central Asian city.

Khiva-Bukhara

City tour exploring Bukhara’s highlights:
- Ismail Samani Mausoleum, the oldest building in the city (10th century).
- Chashma Ayub Mausoleum, linked to the Prophet Job.
- Bolo-Khauz Mosque.
- The Ark Fortress, former residence of Uzbek rulers.
- Zindan, the ancient prison.
Continuation of the tour:
- Medieval trade domes from the 16th century.
- Kalon Mosque & Minaret, the tallest in Bukhara.

Excursion in the city, which is over 2750 years old:
- Ulugh Beg Observatory, the first in Central Asia.
- Shakhi Zinda complex, home to the tomb of the Prophet Muhammad’s cousin.
- Mausoleum of Saint Daniel, venerated by three religions.
- Local bazaar, a lively place to explore traditional flavors.
Continuation of the excursion:
- Gur-e Amir Mausoleum, the dynastic tomb of the Timurids (15th century).
- Registan Square, the historical heart of Samarkand.
- Bibi-Khanym Madrasah, built in honor of Tamerlane’s beloved wife, Saray Mulk.
- El-Merosi Theater, showcasing traditional national costumes.

Day 7
Samarkand-Shakhrisabz-Samarkand

Departure for Shakhrisabz, the birthplace of Tamerlane, a city with over 2700 years of history.
Excursion highlights:
- Ak-Saray Palace, Tamerlane’s summer residence.
- Dor-us Saodat Complex, where Tamerlane’s tomb was initially planned.
- Dorut-Tilovat Complex, home to the mausoleums of Tamerlane’s father and his spiritual mentor.
Return to Samarkand.
