2. Services Offered
Xuroson-Tour LLC provides a wide range of incoming travel services for international and local travelers. These include:

Booking of domestic and international flight and train tickets

Hotel reservations based on your preferences and budget

Guided excursions to local and regional attractions

Multilingual tour guide services (English, French, German, Spanish, Italian, etc.)

Comfortable and safe transportation for individuals and groups
-
Arrangement of concerts, cultural performances, and local events
All services are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
3. Booking and Payment Policy

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the reservation.

The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than 7 days before the tour start date.

Bookings made less than 7 days before the tour must be paid in full at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to info@xurosontour.uz.
The effective cancellation date is when the email is received by our office.
4.1 Refund Conditions
Refund conditions apply only before the scheduled service begins:

7 to 14 days before tour | 30% refund |
Less than 7 days before tour | No refund |
No-show on tour day (client fails to appear without prior notice) | No refund |
All refunds are processed within 14 business days from confirmation of cancellation.
4.2 Disputed Transactions (Chargebacks)
If a customer initiates a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:

Submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor (e.g. booking confirmation, written correspondence, and our cancellation policy)

Refuse future services to the customer

Seek reimbursement for any losses caused by unjustified chargebacks
4.3 Post-Service Chargebacks
After a tour or any agreed service has been completed, it is considered that the service has been delivered in full as described and agreed.
If, however, the client believes that a significant issue occurred, they are invited to contact us in writing.
Refunds or chargeback requests will only be considered in cases where Xuroson-Tour LLC has formally acknowledged a service failure in writing.
If a chargeback is initiated after the service has been completed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, we reserve the right to:

Submit all relevant documentation to the payment processor or bank (including booking confirmation, program itinerary, guide reports, client correspondence, and photo evidence of service delivery)

Refuse future bookings or services for the client

Recover any costs or damages incurred as a result of unjustified chargebacks
5. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear on the scheduled day of the tour without prior written notice is considered a no-show.
No refunds will be issued in such cases. It is the customer’s responsibility to arrive at the correct meeting point on time.
6. Force Majeure
Xuroson-Tour LLC is not liable for delays or service failure caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters

Severe weather
-
Government actions or border closures
-
Strikes, wars, pandemics, or other uncontrollable situations
We will make every reasonable effort to offer alternatives or reschedule the service where possible.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are expected to:

Provide accurate information at the time of booking

Comply with all local laws and safety regulations

Behave respectfully toward staff and other participants
We reserve the right to cancel bookings or deny service in cases of misconduct, abuse, or fraudulent behavior.
8. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Updates will be published on this page, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the changes.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Uzbekistan.
10. Language
These Terms and Conditions are originally written in English.
In case of discrepancy between translated versions, the English version shall take precedence.
