At LLC Xuroson-Tour, we provide a wide range of incoming travel services tailored to the needs of international and local travelers. Our services include:

All services are subject to availability and are confirmed once payment is received.
3. Booking and Payment Policy
To confirm a booking, a 30% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
"(《世界人权宣言》) remaining balance (70%) must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the tour start date.
Bookings made less than 7 days before the tour must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to: info@xurosontour.uz

Refunds are processed within 14 business days from the cancellation confirmation.
5. No-Show Policy
If a customer does not show up on the day of the tour, this will be considered a “no-show”和 no refund will be provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to arrive on time at the designated meeting point.
6. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, weather conditions, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or any other force majeure event.
In such cases, we will do our best to offer alternative arrangements or reschedule the services.
7. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking and to comply with all local laws and regulations during your tour.
We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel a booking in cases of misconduct, fraud, or abusive behavior.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website and services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Uzbekistan.
